CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro has wide Exchange Server rerouting capabilities. Thanks to email categorization, it can be easily set up to block, forward or auto-reply to any email going via Exchange server. To reroute email going via Exchange Server, create a new rule in CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro, go to the Actions Tab and select any rerouting option from the List of actions.

The program can do many tasks at once and you can create as many email rerouting scenarios as you need. E.g. if a given message is categorized as one containing sexual or entertainment content, it can be:

  • Forwarded to the administrator with a modified subject (e.g. Warning! Sexual content in company mail)
  • Modified (all forbidden names can be removed)
  • and then delivered with modified contents to the original recipient

You can also create any types of email auto-responders or simply allow the program to block emails which are categorized according to predefined criteria.
