Email filtering

Nothing human is alien to us. How about email filtering then? It has become an integral part of every email system so if you know your Exchange Sever lacks it, you'd better make sure it doesn't. Exchange Server, out of the box, has no email filters and is unable to check your message's content or block spam. Email filtering software is essential not only to sift out spam, but also to control email flow on your server as well as to prevent sensitive content from leaking out.

Credit card numbers, personal data and even insurance numbers are drifting in email messages all around the world all the time. Lots of people are not aware of how much they reveal about them and their company every day. Naturally, it cannot be human-controlled unless you hire dozens of people who would read entire corporate correspondence (including private emails) and make sure nothing inappropriate leaves or enters your company. This is against human rights, right? So you need to automate it.

Just create a new rule, go to the Actions Tab and add Remove keywords or Remove sensitive content to the list of actions. Also, by specifying a Keywords filter in the Conditions Tab, you can effectively categorize suspicious emails, and then create rerouting actions for them.
