Email filtering
Let the program prevent credit card data, personal information and insurance numbers from leaving the company by using phrase containers and actions that remove forbidden phrases from messages. All emails are filtered for phrases belonging to certain groups and categorized respectively. Messages that belong to categories of high risk might be e.g. rerouted or blocked.
