CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010

We use CodeTwo Exchange Rules to manage email signatures. We spent hours messing around with GPO solutions and Transport Rules - finally we gave up and bit the bullet on CodeTwo, and I wish we'd done it sooner. Setup was easy and now I can manage everything from AD. It's a set it and forget it solution that just works.

I have been using the CodeTwo Exchange Rules for 2010 for around a year now and absolutely love it. When I first purchased it there were no other products that could handle Exchange 2010. Once it was setup (which was very easy) this fantastic bit of CodeTwo software is literally fire and forget. It handles all our signatures and disclaimers brilliantly and promotions are a cinch to include. Great job CodeTwo!

I just installed Exchange Rules 2010 and was amazed at how smooth the install was. Then to make things even better, the configuration was even easier. I had a default signature configured for the whole company, pulling information from Active Directory, in less than 10 minutes. I am more than thrilled with this program and have been telling everyone about it! Keep up the great development work!

Our Marketing team were looking to add a logo to some of the employees signature, I suggested CodeTwo as signature management tool, Once we purchased it installation was a breeze, I have configured it and added the logo to the employees signature, its easy and works great, sense then we have changed signatures adding adds and announcements to the employees signature using email signatures as a marketing tool. All employees have a unified signature so it works all around. No doubt CodeTwo has made my life easy as Director of IT.

This is by far, the most intuitive software I installed as an additional effort in handling your signatures! I have tried some alternatives (that were more expensive) and they gave my more administration than less! When installing CodeTwo' software, it went on in no time... and within 30 minutes all was up and running! (I had more work, in filling my Active Directory (as it should of been done, beforehand) than adjusting CodeTwo software to do what I would like it to do).

I evaluated 3 products (cost, functionality ease of use etc), and your product was easy to setup and configure. Instructions were very clear and precise. Your support and response is also excellent. You have a great product.

I got 100 email address signature deployed in 15 minutes including the creation of the signature itself. Is now working for everywhere is sent from: Outlook, OWA, iPhone and Blackberry.

After researching it's competitors, I found that Code Two was the way to go. Code Two has so much confidence in Exchange Rules 2010 that they even give it away! Rightly so, the program is very light, easy to install, configure and works very well with Microsoft Exchange. I use this program to include a disclaimer for all emails sent out by the company. More importantly I use it to promote the various trade shows and industry dinners our company attends on a regular basis. I'm able to update everyone signature to reflect any and all upcoming events without touching anyone's computers! Rules even allow me to have a different signature depending on the recipient. The program is very complete and I would not be surprised if more people start using this more and more.

We are using CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010 since release of Exchange 2010. I'm fully enjoyed of configuration and implementation of this product. Flexible rules, friendly interface - simplifying routine tasks.
Since 2009 it works like "Swiss watches" without failures and inconveniences. Deep integration with AD 2008 R2 makes management of enterprise signatures much easily, together with useful and fast support makes CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010 "must have" tool.

We use CodeTwo Exchange Rules to allow us to manage email signatures, disclaimers and marketing campaigns centrally - ensuring everyone has the same professional email signature, and that we don't miss an opportunity to market new products in every email.

The central admin interface makes it easy for us to do this, and the rules allow us to tailor the included signatures, disclaimers and marketing campaigns to each individual sender or receiver. We can modify, update or roll out new signatures in a matter of minutes.

I used Exchange Rules 2007 in a previous position, and recommended it for use here at IQX. I would recommend this to others, and in fact often do so.

We had been using ************ for a couple of years in the company, so I wanted something new and fresh. When I found Exchange Rules 2007 I thought it had a very good GUI and very easy to work with, and the price is good.

Businesses are all about saving time, having control, and saving money.  The less work an employee has to do, the more time they have to do other things related to their job.  I figured it out, and if I answer 100 emails a day, it takes approximately an extra 10 seconds per reply to add my name and phone number to the bottom of an email, and remember to check it (because the point of using your tool is to not worry about it). That extra 10 seconds per email per day comes out to 72 hours per year (261 work days per year).  That’s almost 2 full work weeks of lost time.

Best product on the market. It saves hours of administrating email signature's by using the CodeTwo central administration it has become quick and easy to customize and manage email signatures without the headache of administrating a signature of each user or using complicated scripts.

The best part about CodeTwo Exchange Rules is that it works on the server end. No configuration of Outlook is necessary. Making sure that everyone's email signature was consistent became a daunting and laborious task as our company was growing. Even though a top priority of our C.E.O., I didn't want to spend hours maintaining them. Your software installed in minutes and has saved me hours!
