CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010

Dynamic fields in signatures, dynamic content Exchange disclaimers

CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010 enables deployment of unified standardized signatures and disclaimers for thousands of users within minutes. CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010 enables you to quickly and easily create Exchange email rules adding email signatures or disclaimers for scores of users. The administrator only needs to compose templates of auto-signatures by using a user-friendly HTML editor which allows adding Active Directory placeholders that pull information from Active Directory on the fly. Placeholders can be later turned into Name, Position, Department, Phone Number, Email address, Website address and other Active Directory fields of a given user. In other words, if messages with placeholders travel via Exchange, they are intercepted by CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010 and a signature is appended. At the same time, all placeholders in the template are turned into user data depending on the senders of these messages.

Email signatures automatically inserted by CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010 may also contain graphics, and by using variables, these pictures may vary depending on the sender. For example disclaimers added to emails sent from different departments might be equipped with a different email marketing banner or logo.
