CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010

Full and central control of Exchange 2010 signatures and disclaimers

CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010 lets the administrator manage disclaimers and signatures added to messages sent by all users from the Exchange organization. CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010 allows you to easily and centrally manage all rules adding email signatures and disclaimers to messages going through Exchange 2010. All signatures added by the program are stamped at the server's side forever removing the need to compose and setup signatures on every machine in the network. All signatures and disclaimers can be created and configured by a single person, which ensures uniformity and eliminates issues with bulk changes.

Email company disclaimers and auto-signatures can be setup using a highly intuitive wizard. The wizard will let you create email rules that fire on predefined messages only, e.g. depending on the senders' scope, recipient's scope, SMTP addresses, etc. The signatures can also be defined on the basis of certain Active Directory attributes, such as branch name, or country of residence.

From now on, you do not need to setup email signatures for all users one-by-one or ask them to do it manually as it is all composed and managed in one place. Moreover, CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro brings a far more intuitive and easier to use rule manager than the one Exchange 2010 is equipped with. If some of your users, however, need to use their client-based signatures, they can do it as well.
