View Email Footers in Sent Items

CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007 introduces the possibility for end users to view signatures and disclaimers, which are added by the program, in the Sent Items folders of mail clients. This option helps end users make sure that the signature or disclaimer has been added to their emails as well as letting them see what the footer looks like and whether it is well-formatted.

This useful feature helps you keep your email archive in compliance with legal regulations, since all your stored messages have proper disclaimers included.

Footers are visible in Sent Items in all mail clients including Outlook, OWA, OMA, Entourage and many more.
