CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007

I struggled for many years trying to create a uniform email signature for all of our employees. We wanted the signature formatted in a particular way with a standard font, layout and logo. There always seemed to be some kind of inconsistency. Since I found CodeTwo Exchange Rules over 2 years ago, our problems have been solved. Now I only need to create and modify a single template to change everyone's email signature. Most recently we have sold a business division and Code Two Exchange Rules have allowed me to easily customize the email signatures of the new company's employee's to reflect the new logo and name, separate from ours during our technology transition. It's extremely easy to use.

CodeTwo Exchange Rules saved my life; I am a one person IT department supporting 200 computers. A common issue that constantly gave me grief was users creating their own signatures and titles.

After a long search I internet, comparing all products, I bought and installed Code Two exchange rules 2007.
Didn’t really think it would be that much easy to install and configure and use.
Now thanks to this product, all email boxes have automated signatures in a very professional way.

Moreover, didn’t ever need any support neither to install nor to operate.

This is by far, the most intuitive software I installed as an additional effort in handling your signatures! I have tried some alternatives (that were more expensive) and they gave my more administration than less! When installing CodeTwo' software, it went on in no time... and within 30 minutes all was up and running! (I had more work, in filling my Active Directory (as it should of been done, beforehand) than adjusting CodeTwo software to do what I would like it to do).

I evaluated 3 products (cost, functionality ease of use etc), and your product was easy to setup and configure. Instructions were very clear and precise. Your support and response is also excellent. You have a great product.

Great product!

It is a great tool for applying signature applied by the server, it helps us a lot as we have different client options “OWA, Blackberry, ActiveSync”, and it has very good customization in the rules as we have some systems that we don’t want to receive an email with signature like “SCSM”

We installed this for a company who needed a solid signature solution. The customer has been thrilled with the results of reliable, unified signatures. We are getting ready to upgrade them to 2010 Pro for their new Exchange migration. Great product!

The code two exchange rules 2007 for Small business server 2008 is just a great tool to add the disclaimer and personal signature to e-mails. All the outgoing mails, send by outlook or webmail has the same and a professional look. No hassle with signatures in local client and no setup for new users it just works. A really set and forget program. The setup is simple, I spent most of the time with the design of the signature and the text for the disclaimer.
Another advantage is that you can disable the insert of the signature and disclaimer for internal mails, or inserts a please don’t print message to the incoming mails to remember the receiver eg to print at less at possible mails.
The price for a small business server licence is very good, buy this program spent an hour to install and config and after 3 to 5 mutations in the company you start spending less money on configuration of the new pc setup’s

We had been using ************ for a couple of years in the company, so I wanted something new and fresh. When I found Exchange Rules 2007 I thought it had a very good GUI and very easy to work with, and the price is good.

Businesses are all about saving time, having control, and saving money.  The less work an employee has to do, the more time they have to do other things related to their job.  I figured it out, and if I answer 100 emails a day, it takes approximately an extra 10 seconds per reply to add my name and phone number to the bottom of an email, and remember to check it (because the point of using your tool is to not worry about it). That extra 10 seconds per email per day comes out to 72 hours per year (261 work days per year).  That’s almost 2 full work weeks of lost time.

Best product on the market. It saves hours of administrating email signature's by using the CodeTwo central administration it has become quick and easy to customize and manage email signatures without the headache of administrating a signature of each user or using complicated scripts.

The best part about CodeTwo Exchange Rules is that it works on the server end. No configuration of Outlook is necessary. Making sure that everyone's email signature was consistent became a daunting and laborious task as our company was growing. Even though a top priority of our C.E.O., I didn't want to spend hours maintaining them. Your software installed in minutes and has saved me hours!
