CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007
enables deployment of unified standardized signatures and disclaimers for thousands of users within minutes. The only operation that must be performed by the administrator is the creation of footer templates. This can contain information such as Name and Surname, Occupied Position, Department, Company Name, Phone Number, E-mail address and many more (see a
complete list of variables). When the rule incl. the footer templates has been defined and activated, CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007 will insert the signature/disclaimer when the message is processed by Exchange Server and will fill out the variables with corresponding data on the sender. The data is retrieved from Active Directory.
The footers added by CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007 may contain images, and by employing variables the images may vary depending on the sender's data. The footer may contain a different logo for employees of different departments or branches.
