In order to avoid limitations in access to Exchange mailboxes, it is recommended to install and configure the program using an account belonging to Domain Admins group.
When configuring a synchronization service, it is essential to select an account the service will run under. This choice is crucial because only specially selected accounts will allow you to access all mailboxes in your Exchange organization. If you want to have an access to all Exchange mailboxes, select an account belonging to Domain Admins group. If you choose other account, the one having only basic rights to access Exchange database, you will probably be able to access a mailbox belonging only to this particular account.
