We are happy to announce that CodeTwo CatMan, the free Outlook add-in from CodeTwo designed for sharing Outlook categories in a network of multiple users, has been updated to version 3.2.0. It is now full compatible with Microsoft Outlook 2010 64-bit. We encourage you to download it for free from our website.
Thanks to CodeTwo CatMan you will be able to share Outlook categories to all your teammates. Using the program, it is possible to divide Outlook categories into two groups: public and private. All changes to public items are saved to an external TXT file placed on the network drive or a WWW/FTP server, which is monitored by every mail client connected to the network. Owing to this, any time one of the public categories is added, deleted or modified, data on the TXT file is updated accordingly and then changes are applied on each of the linked workstations. It is not necessary to finger-type the changes on every single computer anymore.
CodeTwo CatMan helps to organize groupwork in a better way and save a lot of precious time. Feel free to download the program for free from our website. We have released the update to another free Outlook add-in, CodeTwo Attach Unblocker. The latest version of the program (1.2.2) has been tested compatible with Microsoft Outlook 2010 64-bit. Apart from CodeTwo Outlook Export, it is now the second free tool from CodeTwo adapted to 64-bit system requirements. Stay tuned for more!
CodeTwo Attach Unblocker allows to open attachments that are blocked by Outlook by default. Some types of files, e.g. EXE, URL, or REG are considered potentially dangerous for the system as they may contain viruses. Therefore Outlook does not allow opening, forwarding or even saving those files to the hard drive. Using CodeTwo Attach Unblocker it is possible to define in a simple way what types of attachments should not be blocked.

CodeTwo Exchange Sync, an application enabling automatic synchronization of selected data between folders of Microsoft Exchange server, has been updated to version 2.1.2. The latest version has three main bugfixes, namely:
- The error logging to MAPI session has been fixed. Occasionally, errors occurred while opening CodeTwo Exchange Sync Administrator.
- The ‘Save’ button is no longer disabled after folders are removed from a Folder Ring task.
- MAPI_E_AMBIGUOUS_RECIP error is no longer returned if the username running C2ExchangeSync service is part of the username of another AD user (e.g. ‘admin’ is part of ‘Administrator’).
We would like to thank all users who reported these issues. Our support and dev teams always work hard to meet your requirements. If you have any feature requests or feel uncertain about something in our programs, just let us know!

Our Technical Support finished testing the latest release of CodeTwo Exchange Sync versioned 2.1, and the program has been just released. This version fixes all issues you have been reporting over the past few weeks, namely:
- Improves cache item deletion; previously, an incorrect synchronization of deleted items in the source folder could occur when multiple tasks shared the same source folder.
- Solves item duplication issues that occurred when the same source folder was used by more than one task.
- Changes the way source mailbox names are displayed; when “SourceMailboxName” placeholder is used in the “Subject” modifier, only the “Username” is displayed instead of the old format “Mailbox-Username”
Thank you once again for all your emails and phone calls with hints and remarks. We hope these changes will enhance your teamwork and make CodeTwo Exchange Sync even more reliable. As usually, we are open to your suggestions and ideas. If you think this program lacks something or works not the way it should, let us know. Together we can create a killer app!
