We released a new version of the following products from the CodeTwo Exchange Rules family: CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2019 CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2016 CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2013 The new version brings significant changes to the Sent Items Update (SIU) service, which now uses the OAuth 2.0 authorization protocol to connect to Microsoft 365 (Office 365). Our Dev team also made improvements to the program’s architecture and introduced several fixes to problems reported by our customers. The installation of the update is mandatory if you are using CodeTwo Exchange Rules (Pro) in a hybrid Exchange environment and optional (but recommended) if you run the program in an on-premises only Exchange environment.

We have just released updated versions of CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010 (versioned 1.1) and CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007 (versioned 2.2), both of which introduce a new capability that enables all users to view signatures and disclaimers in their Sent Items in all mail clients. Sent Items Update will not only let end users make sure their signatures were properly added at the end of messages but also help them keep mail archives in compliance with legal regulations. Both CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010 and CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007 are amongst very few applications available on the market with an option enabling to view server-added footers in Sent Items on local computers.
