CodeTwo Public Folders Update

We have released a minor update to CodeTwo Public Folders, a cost effective Exchange Server alternative designed for sharing Outlook folders between multiple users. The latest version (4.6.2) has an improved activation and licensing mechanism. We recommend all users to download and install the latest fix.

The update is free of charge for all current CodeTwo Public Folders users. To update the currently used version, download and run the installer. Note that first the Syncing Master has to be updated, then the same procedure has to be applied to each of the Outlook Add-ins. Detailed information about upgrading the program can be found here.

Email Disclaimers

isclaimer/ExclaimerProbably everyone who uses email has already had chance to see these mysterious faded lines attached under corporate messages. Email disclaimers are invaluable for businesses in these days when taking someone to court for no reason happens on a daily basis. No matter if you’re negotiating a big business deal or buying a watch in an on-line shop, it’s certain that you will find a short legal statement under a reply to your official email. And it is not only a matter of fashion or a popular whim that forces senders to add those stiff juridical sentences under the body of their emails.
